Welcome to American Foundation for Children with AIDS
AFCA is a non-profit organization that helps HIV+/AIDS children and their guardians in sub-Saharan Africa who have no other access to aid. AFCA provides critical AIDS and related medications, medical equipment and supplies, nutritional supplements, and emergency supplies that are requested by the institutions in its targeted areas. Currently, AFCA is working in Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Uganda and Zimbabwe.

Five year old Julia Weaver was the individual who raised the most funds during the Climb Up the World event. She won a gift from Aladdin (www.aladdin-pmi.com) and Ahnu (www.ahnu.com)
Team Modern Hiker raised the most funds during the Climb Up the 50 event. They received a box full of goodies.
Thanks to Nike for their generosity in supporting 13 Nike employees as they climb Kilimanjaro to raise funds and awareness for the kids in our programs through matching grants, donations, and gear.
