AFCA is committed to combat HIV/AIDS, goal number 6, by providing care for HIV+ children, their HIV+ guardians and HIV+ pregnant women. We do this:
- By providing donated, high quality, new pharmaceuticals
- By providing donated, new medical supplies
- By providing donated, good quality medial equipment
- By partnering with reliable, community based programs
- By monitoring and evaluating how donations are used
- By finding an additional 20,000 Americans who become involved through contributions
- By finding Americans who want to become long-term child sponsors
- By finding more pharmaceutical and supply donors
- By assisting access to care through support of Mulago Hospital, Mikindani Community Based Project, St. Mary’s Hospitals, St. Joseph’s Home of Hope, St. Theresa’s Orphanage, and ZOE
By establishing new, sustained resource streams to assist existing programs
